Due to the safety of our patrons and business we do not offer returns on used and open products because of sanitary and health concerns.
Exchanges are welcomed on products damaged during delivery. We at The Gnary Beauty® try our bests to protect glass products and understand accidents may happen. In the event of an exchange, see below for more details.

 Exchange Policy

  • Time - *Exchanges are honored within 2 days the product is received by mail. 
  • Product condition - We ask that customers email a clear photo of the damage caused in the mail and a photo of the shipping label.
  • Refund contact info - Email: with your order number and a photo of the damage product and shipping label for exchange approval.
  • Charges - Customer is responsible for paying fees for return shipping.
