Q: When does my order ship?

A: We process your order before we ship it out and it can take 2-3 business days to process. Shipping is another 2-3 days. Tracking numbers are provided after your order is processed.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: The tracking numbers are sent to your email AFTER processing, therefor it may take up to three days to receive this tracking number by email. Before contacting customer services please check your email for a tracking number and use it to get updates. Every order has a tracking number and it's updating information about your parcels way to your destination.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Currently we do not of shipping outside of the United States but are looking into it in the future.
